8. Returns and Refunds

We have a 7 day return policy for all Products. You may return any Product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. To return a Product, you must contact us at info@equied.com and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return shipping label. There is no return/refund on sale items that carry a discount of 30% or more. with the exception of faulty/damaged goods, that will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
