Introduction
1.1 This competition is organized and operated by Equi-ed
1.2 By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to Equied customers @ RDS 2024 who want to enter the spin to win.
How to Enter
3.1 To enter the competition, you must scan the QR code displayed on the Flyer handouts and complete the online form that appears.
3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize
4.1 The prize for the competition is an Equi-ed Goodie Bag and other prizes.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equivalent value if the prize is unavailable.
Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
5.2 The closing date for the competition is 19th Aug 2024.
5.3 The winner will be notified by email or handed prize at our RDS stands
Prize Claiming
6.1 If the winner does not claim their prize within 6 months the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
General Conditions
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems to be invalid or fraudulent.
7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
7.3 The Organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant as a result of the competition.
7.4 The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.1 The Organizer will collect and use the personal information provided by entrants in accordance with its privacy policy.
8.2 The Organizer will not share personal information with any third parties without the consent of the entrant.
Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
